During the heaviest snow fall so far this year, I had plow issues. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Was able to get my truck in, diagnose and get me back to work

I found myself without heat in the zero degree weather yesterday and thes gentlemen got me right in and warmed up with fresh coffee!! Excellent service from the moment I arrived to the moment I drove off with heat blasting from new blower motor! Will be bringing another vehicle soon! My new go to service shop!!

I went in for a routine oil change (appointment), and once again very satisfied with the work these people do!!!! The employees are always fun and friendly to deal with!!! I am honored to be a part of this group, and they make life a lot better knowing that when you leave, your car is well maintained!!!! A top shelf thank you!!!!!!

Muskegon Brake and Tire was able to get us in the next morning. I had all of the diagnostics within an hour With a plan to fix our vehicle. They drove to a dealership to get a part that would have taken days to get if it was shipped and our vehicle was ready to go in 2 days! Great communication and impressive turnaround. We will definitely use them for all of our vehicle needs!

Had my car towed in thinking I'd just need a new alternator but turned out just about all new starter equipment was needed. They were able to get me back on the road quickly, when I was expecting to be waiting much longer. Allison and Stephanie were friendly and helpful regarding my estimate and subsequent calls. And Mike while working on my car texted links to their site that kept me updated along the way that was easy to use and informative. Will definitely be back, but the plan is to drive in next time 😂 Thanks yall!
