Muskegon Brake is the best! Great people, great work!!!

Rick and his staff always do a fantastic job of fixing my car whenever I take it in to them. Just yesterday I had my tires swapped over from winter to summer ones. The work was done quickly and professionally. During the test drive after the work was performed, Justin noticed the brake pedal seemed to take more pressure when applying the brakes. He suggested I make an appt to have a free brake inspection to see if an adjustment was needed, or if a part might be causing the issue. He assured me that the brakes were working properly, but an inspection would be prudent in the future. It’s concern and care like this that has made me trust them and keeps me returning to them if/when I have any issues! Great job to all of you!

Everyone I've worked with at Muskegon Break and Tire is wonderful. They're incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly. I needed a large repair done to my vehicle and was slightly overwhelmed with where to start. Justin picked up on that and helped me determine a good starting point so I didn't panic. They're very quick and their communication is excellent.

Explains things so I can clearly understand. Always nice greeting. Nice folks. Professional. And I don't feel stupid asking questions. Always reassuring.
