Great communication about every step of the process. Everyone is very easy going and was easy to work with. They had my truck done even before my appointment was scheduled for. Appointment was on Friday…towed the truck to them on Wednesday and by Friday it was already done!!! Great work and will be a repeat customer going forward

Working with Muskegon Brake and Tire was super simple to schedule and reschedule. The process was very simple and efficient. I was told it would be about an hour but was finished just shy of one hour. I received 4 new tires and the conversation with the counter staff was great and I actually received a referral for business for my own business. What a great team! The price even came in lower than expected.
