I made an appointment with Rick in regards to some noises coming from underneath the car when I hit a bump. They checked the car over discovered that there was a loose piece not exactly sure what that piece might have been however they fixed it tightened it up change my oil and sent me on my way. As always they were absolutely great.

After getting a questionable diagnosis at another chain shop I went to Muskegon Brake for a second opinion at the suggestion of my father who's trusted them for years. They quickly confirmed my suspicion that a thousand dollar repair was completely unnecessary and showed me clearly what the actual problem was, and it was much less expensive. I will be using them for all my automotive needs in the future.
