Not only did they fulfill the scheduled date for service, they beat it by 2 days. Called and let me know what the expected cost would be and kept me updated on any new problems and or costs that would be involved.

They helped discover more about what was wrong with my new truck than what we originally thought. Thanks to them and the detailed findings and print off I am able to fight the dealership on getting them to repair the truck through the BBB for selling a vehicle with warped rotors plus more! Grateful for their findings and honesty

It was a great experience. The staff and owner are very polite and kind. I am so happy to have had my vehicle serviced there.

They were able to book me an appointment right at my requested time. Although, I ended up dropping off the vehicle the night before which felt secure! It’s right on the other side of the roughest area. They were done the same day with all requested services. They sent me updates via email and text. Their system was pretty cool, it listed the items inspected with technicians comments and after you review, you can select which suggestions you do or don’t want and their quoted price so you’re not smacked in the face later at the counter with an obscene, unexpected number. The pricing was on the low end compared to what I’m used to paying around Grand Rapids. My only complaint is some of the technicians comments seemed unnecessary. I asked specifically for an alignment because I felt my vehicle was pulling and my steering wheel had a slight tilt. Yes, it was OCD level slightly tilted but the car vibrated quite bad with my lead foot on the freeway. The technician made a comment stating it “barely pulled.” And then, it’s obvious he didn’t check if the alignment actually fixed my complaint because even though he felt the adjustment was slight, it fixed the problem and my wheel is straighter than the day I bought the car. All in all, good experience and don’t regret my choice for new business. Just wish they would respect customers concerns and check their work.
