I recently brought my "New to me" Used vehicle to Muskegon Brake & Tire on Whitehall Road. This vehicle had several problems, hadn't been serviced in quite some time, and I was overwhelmed! Rick got me right in and the guys did a thorough inspection! I had quite a list and they got it done promptly with excellent communication via phone, text message, and email! I received updates throughout the process and felt like I was always in the loop with what was going on. The guys at this location did a great job and I'll be returning!!
