I highly recommend Muskegon brake and tires. Everyone there has been wonderful the mechanics have been super detailed on what was wrong with my vehicle and getting it fixed on schedule. Steph at the front desk has helped make it hassle free and stress free for us. reaching out and keeping us updated every step of the way! I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you all so much. I also like how they sent me a text from the beginning with all the details of what was wrong and how much it cost. Also being able to go back in and looking at any updates! Made an appointment to get a four wheel alignment, tire rotation, and wheel balance before making a 900 mile trip. They fit me in the next week and found an alignment wasn't needed, just a tire rotation and balance. I was in and out in less than an hour and the cost was more reasonable than competitors. I appreciate their honesty and look forward to using them in the future. Thanks again!
