The two ladies at the front I didn’t see anybody in the rear that was working on my vehicle, but the two ladies in the front they did an awesome job. They was nice, respectful, courteous, and they talk me through whatever the workers in the back was doing they did an awesome job.

It took awhile to get to a solution, thanks for the diligence, fair cost and customer support.

This time is no different than any other. Service is and always is amazing. Very please with service provided.

I was truly impressed the level of service! It started with the scheduling of the work - it actually started when they said it would. Then, I was surprised by the level of detail they provided about what was needed, and then, the results of the work they did. And all of this was done sooner than I expected. I was wowed!

If something goes wrong with your vehicle and its on them from a repair? Yeah they will own it and fix it. Just straight up the most honest & professional place I have ever taken my cars.

Not only did they fulfill the scheduled date for service, they beat it by 2 days. Called and let me know what the expected cost would be and kept me updated on any new problems and or costs that would be involved.

My experience and Muskegon brakes was great. I thought my tire just needed some air but actually I had ran over something and they fixed it for me and also I had a little issue with what happened while they were fixing my tire and they also repaired that they didn’t even have to tell me that they did it, but they didn’t show me the damage and they fixed it. A matter fact it was the next day. They are great and if I ever need Michigan Muskegon brakes again I will most definitely go there. Great people thank you so much for helping me Muskegon brakes.
