The Service Manager and other person at the front office are very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant people. They take great care in answering any and all questions regarding the repairs being performed on the cars. I am very pleased to be using Muskegon Brake for my auto needs.

Great work and came in a little under estimate

I am so happy with the quality service I received! From the moment I called to ask to set up and appointment to the moment I walked out of the door, everyone was professional, courteous, and quick! They told me an hour, it took just under to replace all 4 tires and the spare. The cost matched the estimate. They offered me coffee/tea/water. Shout out to Alison and the other woman at the counter who's name I didn't catch. Every interaction I observed while waiting was just as kind as they were with me.

From start to finish, awesome communication, prices were average not high priced, and the staff was awesome.

I scheduled a routine oil change, they were able to get me in earlier than schedule, fantastic!!!. The people are always very friendly and always ready to help what ever task is needed, I am very satisfied with the work that these people offer and complete, I have been with this group a very long time, a quality company!!! Thank you to all!!!
