I am so happy with the quality service I received! From the moment I called to ask to set up and appointment to the moment I walked out of the door, everyone was professional, courteous, and quick! They told me an hour, it took just under to replace all 4 tires and the spare. The cost matched the estimate. They offered me coffee/tea/water. Shout out to Alison and the other woman at the counter who's name I didn't catch. Every interaction I observed while waiting was just as kind as they were with me.

From start to finish, awesome communication, prices were average not high priced, and the staff was awesome.

I scheduled a routine oil change, they were able to get me in earlier than schedule, fantastic!!!. The people are always very friendly and always ready to help what ever task is needed, I am very satisfied with the work that these people offer and complete, I have been with this group a very long time, a quality company!!! Thank you to all!!!

I highly recommend Muskegon brake and tires. Everyone there has been wonderful the mechanics have been super detailed on what was wrong with my vehicle and getting it fixed on schedule. Steph at the front desk has helped make it hassle free and stress free for us. reaching out and keeping us updated every step of the way! I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you all so much. I also like how they sent me a text from the beginning with all the details of what was wrong and how much it cost. Also being able to go back in and looking at any updates! Excellent service. They did a diagnostic, order parts, and my car was done within 6 hours. All the other places I called it was not sure when we could get to my car or have it back.
