I had my vehicle in for service on Monday the 17th. As usual Rick and his crew did a great job of getting my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. Its like ground hog day every time you go there, as my car runs great every time they work on it. That is why I use Muskegon tire for all my vehicle repairs.

Over multiple cars, my experience has consistently been very positive! I have found this Service Center very trustworthy, for instance, not repairing issues that do not exist when they are asked to evaluate a car to see if something needs repairing. The attitude of the Service Writer Rick, and his substitute Andrew, has always been very positive. They also provide reminders and the ability to give feedback. Their Service Charges are very fair, too. Also, with their Early Bird Service you have the ability to drop off the car the night before, a very handy service! I have been in charge of getting our family’s cars repaired for 61 years, and using this Shop has been a winner! I’m happy to say I would recommend them to anyone! Actually, previous 5-star reviews, a family member’s positive experience with them, and now mine, has given me a new go-to car repair shop! Excellent service

Replaced all 4 tires on my 2003 Tundra that were 17 years old and had slow leaks. Muskegon Brake and Tire did an excellent job deburring the rims and mounting/balancing the tires. They provided excellent service for a fair price and took the time to deburr the wheels properly that I doubt a big box store would have done! The employees were courteous and treated me with respect. I will be keeping this shop in mind for any further repairs. Top notch service!
