I didn't expect to have to purchase a 2nd tire when the passenger side tire was not damaged. However, I did appreciate getting a bit of a discount from the original quote.

Had a nail in my tire, was helped immediately and the owner even came out to chat with me while I waited:)

Every visit to Muskegon Brake has been excellent - from the greeting at the service counter, excellent diagnosis & service to my Taurus, and if something does not go exactly as planned, I am taken care of. Any concern I have regarding my car is addressed in a timely manner and I am not pushed to have something done that is not necessary.

Dennis and I communicated between Colorado and Michigan several times earlier this year doing numerous repairs to a 1966 Corvair convertible. I drove the car from Michigan (via the ferry) to South Dakota, then to Denver and then over 10,000' elevation mountains to my home. The car performed magnificently!! A heartfelt thanks to everyone who worked on the car!!

Nice people. Had a spring shackle. Difficult job that they finished in the morning. Yesterday, 2 weeks after completing the job, I received a phone call from an employee of Muskegon Brake thanking me for choosing them to fix our van and then asked if everything was OK. I cannot remember this ever happening before by any business I have dealt with. Use their services. I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

I have always been treated well at this shop,and the service is excellent. You can drive away knowing repairs are done properly.
