Muskegon Brake & Tire
I have a six year old Mini Cooper Countryman that I have been taking to the Mini dealership in Grand Rapids. Every time I brought it in, there was something going out on it or a major problem. I was never quoted anything under $1000 to fix my car. New tires or an oil change was an exorbitant amount. When I needed new tires, I happened to call Muskegon brake on Broadway just to see if they were comfortable working with foreign cars. I spoke with Andrew, who was the most helpf...ul and understanding person. He told me they have a technician that has works on Minis and feels very comfortable with it! I brought my vehicle in to them a little skeptical, but to my surprise, they fitted me with the best tires I have had on this vehicle and they were half the price of the tires I was quoted from the dealership! I ran into a few more problems with my vehicle, took it to Muskegon brake and tire and they researched the problem with my car to find out there was a recall! Long story short, the recall wasn't for my year of vehicle, but they did the job over and above, and the price was so much better! I didn't have to drive to Grand Rapids, and they were so helpful and so friendly! Knowing they had to keep my car for a few days, they provided me a loaner car so I didn't skip a beat! I would recommend Muskegon Brake and Tire on Broadway to anyone and everyone. I cannot express enough the friendly, honest and sincere customer service that you will receive! Kudos to the employees of Muskegon brake and tire! I will not go anywhere else.
Juli Lewis thanks for sharing. I think the MINI people are great but I have the same problem. I go in for an oil change and they recommend $2,000-3,000 in more work. It's getting a little old. Is Muskegon Brake able to reset the computer when they do the service work? Thanks Julie! We are so glad to have you as a customer! I hope you had a great Memorial Day weekend!
